Founded in 2011 in Wellington, New Zealand, Garage Project is an internationally acclaimed craft brewery renowned for its fearless experimentation, innovative recipes and distinctive artistic collaborations. Established by brothers Pete and Ian Gillespie alongside Jos Ruffell, Garage Project began brewing in a converted petrol station, quickly earning a reputation for pushing the boundaries of modern craft beer.

The brewery produces an extraordinary range of styles, from intensely aromatic hazy IPAs and refreshing lagers to complex wild ales, fruited sours and indulgent imperial stouts. Celebrated releases include Pernicious Weed, a powerful hop-forward IPA, Hāpi Daze, a vibrant pale ale, and Death From Above, an adventurous IPA inspired by Vietnamese flavours. Its dedicated wild fermentation programme, Garage Project Wild Workshop, further showcases its passion for experimentation.
