Part of the brewery's exceptional Single Fruit series, this magnificent creation blends spontaneously fermented beers matured for one year in oak barrels before being conditioned on premium Mapua variety boysenberries, sourced from Eden Road growers in New Zealand.

Pouring a spectacularly deep purple, this intensely fruity creation delivers enticing aromas of freshly picked boysenberries, ripe blackberries and luscious dark berry compote, complemented by delicate hints of oak and earthy wild fermentation. On the palate, generous waves of juicy boysenberry combine rich, jammy sweetness with vibrant natural tartness, while the spontaneously fermented base introduces layers of refreshing acidity, subtle funk and gentle vinous complexity.
