When two of the world's most celebrated hop specialists join forces, something exceptional is bound to happen! Sunrise Valley is a magnificent 8% Double IPA from Wellington's Garage Project, originally created in collaboration with Massachusetts brewing legends Trillium Brewing Company. Part of Garage Project's Home and Away series, which brings celebrated international collaborations back to New Zealand, this beautifully hazy creation features an unusual hop-free boil followed by an enormous dry-hop addition of Nelson Sauvin and Rakau.

Pouring a luscious, hazy golden colour, Sunrise Valley promises an intoxicating aroma of ripe peaches, juicy tropical fruit, freshly squeezed citrus and fragrant white grapes. Nelson Sauvin delivers its distinctive Sauvignon Blanc-like character, with enticing hints of gooseberry, passion fruit and zesty grapefruit, while Rakau introduces generous layers of sweet stone fruit, ripe apricot and tropical sweetness. On the palate, expect an explosion of juicy peach, mango and vibrant citrus, supported by a soft, rounded mouthfeel and wonderfully expressive hop aromatics.
