A gloriously juicy, hop-saturated Double IPA from Brittany's exciting Sparkle brewery, Nectaron Paradise: Peacharine is a magnificent celebration of two of New Zealand's most expressive hop varieties. Part of Sparkle's Nectaron Paradise series, this luxurious DIPA showcases the extraordinary tropical intensity of Nectaron alongside the luscious stone fruit character of Peacharine, creating a beautifully aromatic and indulgent drinking experience.
Brewed with an enormous 24g/l dry-hop addition, predominantly featuring Nectaron, this hazy powerhouse delivers an intoxicating bouquet of ripe peaches, juicy nectarines, tropical passion fruit and freshly squeezed citrus. Peacharine introduces additional layers of sweet apricot, zesty lime and delicate floral notes, creating a wonderfully complex and inviting aroma.
On the palate, expect an explosion of succulent stone fruits, with luscious waves of peach, nectarine and apricot mingling with vibrant pineapple, passion fruit and citrus zest. A carefully balanced malt backbone, complemented by oats and wheat, provides a wonderfully smooth, silky mouthfeel that allows the spectacular hop character to shine. Gentle bitterness cuts through the juicy fruit flavours, keeping everything beautifully balanced.
