Adroit Theory Brewing Co - Riot

Prepare for a full-scale hop uprising! RIOT is a formidable 10% Triple IPA from Virginia's boundary-pushing Adroit Theory Brewing Company, forming part of the brewery's action-packed, GI Joe and Cobra-inspired series alongside RESIST, RISE UP, REVOLT and REBEL. Built around enormous hop character, explosive fruit flavours and an irresistibly soft mouthfeel, this gloriously hazy creation is everything you'd expect from a brewery that refuses to do anything by halves. Double dry-hopped for maximum aromatic intensity, RIOT delivers a wonderfully indulgent celebration of modern American brewing, with enough juicy personality to cause a little chaos of its own.

Pouring a magnificent opaque golden-yellow colour, RIOT unleashes an intoxicating wave of tropical fruit and vibrant citrus aromas. Its original Ghost 878 recipe features an extraordinary combination of Mosaic, Citra, Sultana, El Dorado and Ella hops, creating a wonderfully expressive profile of ripe mango, juicy pineapple, sweet peach and freshly squeezed citrus. Expect luscious tropical sweetness to mingle with delicate floral undertones and subtle resinous complexity, while the beer's beautifully rounded malt character provides a luxurious, pillowy foundation. On the palate, waves of succulent fruit flavours unfold against a soft, creamy texture, creating an intensely aromatic and wonderfully satisfying drinking experience.

Rich, powerful and dangerously drinkable for its substantial 10% strength, RIOT delivers an impressive combination of hop intensity and luxurious softness. Despite its enormous hop additions, bitterness remains remarkably restrained, allowing the vibrant tropical fruit and citrus characteristics to dominate. A lingering finish brings together ripe stone fruit, juicy citrus and gentle hop complexity, making this an exceptional choice for lovers of heavyweight New England IPAs. Bold, uncompromising and bursting with flavour, RIOT is proof that sometimes a little rebellion is exactly what your beer fridge needs!
