Adroit Theory Brewing Co - Antimatter

Prepare to enter another dimension of hop-fuelled indulgence! AntiMatter is a formidable 10% Triple IPA from Virginia's acclaimed Adroit Theory Brewing Company, a brewery celebrated for its uncompromising approach to enormous, intensely aromatic American IPAs. Originally released as Ghost 1140, this extraordinary creation features a specially developed malt bill inspired by the brewery's luxurious oat cream beers, delivering a beautifully silky, semi-sweet body that provides the perfect foundation for an explosion of vibrant Southern Hemisphere hop character. Big, bold and gloriously juicy, AntiMatter is everything a modern Triple IPA should be.

Pouring an intensely hazy golden colour, AntiMatter delivers an enticing aromatic combination of bright tropical citrus, juicy stone fruit and fragrant hop complexity. Its Southern Hemisphere hop profile takes centre stage, creating vibrant impressions of freshly squeezed citrus, ripe tropical fruit and delicate fruity sweetness. On the palate, expect generous waves of juicy citrus and luscious tropical flavours, supported by a wonderfully smooth, creamy texture. The carefully constructed malt bill adds a gentle sweetness and substantial body, allowing the expressive hop aromatics to shine without introducing aggressive bitterness.

Rich, intensely juicy and remarkably smooth for its formidable 10% strength, AntiMatter delivers a beautifully balanced drinking experience that disguises its considerable potency beneath layers of soft, fruit-forward flavour. Despite its substantial hop character, the finish is exceptionally gentle, with minimal perceived bitterness and lingering tropical citrus notes. A magnificent showcase of Adroit Theory's mastery of heavyweight hazy IPAs, combining enormous flavour, luxurious texture and dangerously effortless drinkability. One for the serious hop enthusiasts!
