Adroit Theory Brewing Co - Evangelion VIII: Sandalphon

The battle continues! Evangelion VIII is the eighth instalment in Adroit Theory Brewing Company's ambitious 18-part series inspired by the cult Japanese anime Neon Genesis Evangelion. Created by one of Virginia's most adventurous breweries, the series explores the extraordinary possibilities of modern American IPAs, experimenting with different hop combinations, malt profiles and brewing techniques. Each release brings its own personality to the battlefield, while maintaining the brewery's unmistakable commitment to bold flavours and innovative brewing.

The Evangelion series has become particularly celebrated for its intensely aromatic, fruit-forward beers, often combining vibrant tropical citrus flavours with luxurious, pillowy textures. Previous instalments have showcased everything from juicy mango and passion fruit to grapefruit, ripe melon and delicate floral hop notes. With Evangelion VIII, Adroit Theory continues its exploration of the hazy IPA style, offering another intriguing addition to this ambitious collection.

A must-try for enthusiasts of experimental American craft beer, Evangelion VIII represents another chapter in Adroit Theory's distinctive approach to hop-driven brewing. For collectors following the entire Evangelion series, it's an essential piece of the story and another opportunity to experience the creativity of one of America's most unconventional breweries.
