We’re really taking our Oat Cream beers seriously this year. Like, really seriously. After an initial trial throughout the back end of 2025 that yielded some of the best beers we’ve ever produced, we’re going headfirst into our first full year producing these incredible beers that have a firm nod to the American haze craze brewers that inspired us to brew in the first place, with a thoroughly Polly’s twist. Valiant Deeds takes the concept and runs with it with gusto. A higher than usual amount of oats in the grist brings a delightful fluffiness to the mouthfeel of this beer, backed up with freshly scraped madagascan vanilla and a dose of lactose to bring up the sweetness to juuuust the right amount, before a dry-hop bill of in-house favourites El Dorado and Talus impart jelly-tots, pear drops, pink grapefruit and just a hint of herbal complexity to complete this banger of an IPA
