SHIPPING & REFUNDS
We aim to get your order to you as fast as we can. This will usually be within 2-3 working days via our logistics partner DHL.
You will receive a notification e-mail to confirm your beers have been packed and are ready to be dispatched. Once the package has been collected and scanned by DHL you will receive a further SMS/e-mail containing a 'Waybill Number'. This number will allow you to track your beers via the DHL tracking portal.
You can have your beer delivered to another address if you wish. Just enter that address as the delivery address.
Please take care lifting cases of beer and be careful as occasionally breakages do occur. If you can tell a bottle has broken, open with caution and beware of broken glass.
Damaged or missing goods will be refunded, however minor imperfections on labels or small dents in cans are not classed as damaged goods. Goods lost will be replaced free of charge.
Deliveries must be received and signed for by somebody over the age of 18. DHL will ask for proof of age identification if they are unsure and rearrange delivery if nobody is at the address over the age of 18.
If you have any special instructions such as leaving delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour you do this at your own risk and Left Field Beer do not accept any responsibility regarding stolen or damaged items. We strongly advise against this.
Left Field Beer will not be held responsible for delay or non-delivery due to causes that are outside the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, that could not be evaded through the exercise of due care.
If you have not received your delivery after 5 working days, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate.
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within 14 days beginning from the day they, or a third party indicated by them, receives the goods.To cancel your purchase within the 14 day cooling-off period, please email with your order number.
Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us within 14 days following the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be made as quickly as possible but will always be within 10 working days after we have received the goods and they are in good condition.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are correctly repackaged and safely returned at their expense.
Our couriers, DHL, can collect any returned orders but this will be at the customer's expense. Please email email@example.com and we can arrange a quote for you.
