When we first tasted through this selection of FO rum casks, we immediately noted banana and spiced undertones. We wanted to highlight those flavors rather than mask them. So we layered in Thirty pounds of Madagascar vanilla, dark brown sugar, and banana to help amplify the already present barrel character.

On the nose, it’s all toasted coconut, dark chocolate, and bourbon warmth. The palate follows with waves of coconut cream, bittersweet cacao, and a deep, velvety stout backbone, all wrapped in a smooth barrel character. It’s bold, indulgent, and still beautifully balanced.
