Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Other Half Brewing Co, this beer was inspired by the unmistakable coffee character already present in the bourbon barrels. We leaned into it, crafting an espresso martini-inspired imperial stout. Freshly roasted coffee from Common Room Roasters was recirculated over two days with cacao nibs and vanilla before the beer was dosed with nitrogen to create a silky mouthfeel of a freshly shaken cocktail. Expect aromas of espresso, vanilla, and dark chocolate, followed by smooth coffee, rich vanilla, and a refined bourbon finish.
