We’ve made a conscious decision to head back toward our roots here at Polly’s for 2026, and create the very hype-driven beers that landed us onto people’s radars in the first place. The giddy delight we had at seeing people really responding to the flavour intensity of our beers and chasing our releases for fear of missing out is what we want to replicate this year, and with eight and a half years under our belts we’re hitting the ground running with Nighbourne. A DDH Pale Ale specifically designed to evoke the flavour profile and mouthfeel of our bigger beers but at a more sensible strength, we’ve absolutely loaded this beer with not one, not two, not even three, but four different sub-varieties of an in-house favourite Idaho 7. Utilising the very latest hop technology from our hop merchant, Nightbourne features I7 in its Dynaboost, Hyperboost, Lupomax and CGX versions. A big, brash, juicebomb of a beer; bursting at the seams with stonefruit sweetness, pineapple, mango and just a whisper of pithy lemon and lime.
