It’s safe to say Dolcita has firmly settled itself as a staff favourite here at Polly’s, and the peach rings, caramlised pineapple and creamy coconut notes are straight up built for use in an Oat Cream beer. Utilised in its Cryo, Lupomax and Prysma form, this beer is positively bursting at the seams with all those incredible flavour notes laid on top of a pillowy Polly’s pale ale.
