Tropical Sour with Mango, Pineapple and Orange

Brewed with Golden Promise pale malt, wheat, locally grown oats and fermented for four months with Brettanomyces and soured with our house culture. We refermented this base beer with over 200g/l of pineapple and mango puree in addition to a 120kg of whole organic Navelina oranges from Arboleas, Spain which were zested and juiced by hand.
