In collaboration with Tartarus Brewery, we present a special quadrupel, aged for no less than 20 months in red wine barrels. The long aging process gives this beer a full body, with deep notes of red fruit, wood, and a soft complexity. Tartarus, a small but highly regarded English brewery, is working with us to take this style to the next level.
