After a trip to our friends at Thornbridge, it felt only right to revisit one of the UK's most iconic beers and give it the full Vault City treatment. We've reimagined this classic as a Sour IPA bursting with juicy citrus, tropical fruit and bold hop character.  Combining classic West Coast hops from Thornbridge including Simcoe, Chinook and Centennial, with some of our favourite varieties at Vault City, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Riwaka, we've layered classic notes of pine and bright citrus with ripe white grape and tropical fruit, bringing an old-school West Coast influence to our signature sour edge.
