There’s a common misconception when it comes to the more sessionable pale ales; that because of the lower ABV we have to sacrifice flavour intensity, or that we use lesser hops in the more sessionable end of the brewing spectrum. This couldn’t be further from the truth and Infinite Source is a gleaming example of this in action. Fresh cropped Nelson Sauvin would be enough to qualify for this on its own, but we’re never ones to do things by half here at Polly’s. Featuring the Bliss blend exclusive to Freestyle Hops, this incredibly high-alpha variety features a blend of late and early harvested Nelson Sauvin to maximise tropical intensity, and bring all those gooseberry, lychee and grapefruit notes fully to the party. The result is a robust, dank and complex hop-forward beer that punches way above its ABV.
