Our relationship with Monkish has produced many beers over the years, but this one is particularly special. The original Space Brownie was brewed five years ago and became a fan favorite. This time, we have taken that base beer and aged it in barrels while adding generous amounts of toasted coconut. The combination of brownie-like richness, tropical coconut, and barrel character creates a deeply layered stout that is both indulgent and balanced. It reflects the best of both breweries and our shared love of big, flavorful beers.
