First brewed in Portland with Brujos to mark their brewhouse’s debut, this massive Imperial Stout was boiled for hours and aged for a year in bourbon barrels. Following a rest on toasted coconut, fresh coconut, pecans, and vanilla, the beer returns this year as Opera Omnia, brewed at the church. This release blends our house character with the original’s spirit, balancing smooth coconut and toasted pecans with barrel-aged complexity. It is a celebration of craftsmanship and a trans-oceanic friendship united by a love for bold stouts.
