Eugene is our first foray into the Farmhouse IPA style that blurs the line between saison and IPA – a punchy dry-hop character paired with the signature dryness of our house culture.

Starting with a lean base brewed with Skagit Valley Malting, we then knocked the beer out onto the still expressive Mosaic and Citra hop slurry from Bobbi.

The third batch features a heavy dry-hop schedule of dank and tropical Strata from Crosby Hops, contributing potent notes of tangerine alongside a verdant, herbal note. Eugene finishes brisk and refreshing.
