Crisp, hoppy and proper easy-drinking. Platonic Shapes is a West Coast Session IPA that keeps things light but still brings plenty of flavour. Expect piney bitterness and a touch of dankness up front, backed by grapefruit zest, citrus peel, juicy mango and hints of blueberry from the Simcoe and Mosaic combo. Clear, golden and nicely dry on the finish, it’s one of those beers you crack open “just for one” and end up going back for another.
