A sweet and decadent Imperial Stout inspired by Banoffee Pie. 

We mashed-in a blend of 8 different malts and added 3 different sugars, to create a thick, pitch black, luscious liquid which formed the base.

We then added 180Kg Banana Puree and 1Kg Ugandan Vanilla Beans to create a sweet stout that is intense but not overwhelming and Vegan friendly. Ripe banana dominates the aroma, chocolatey richness coming from the specialty malts, vanilla adds pastry undertones.
