We were delighted to welcome Jack down from Baron Brewery for the day to cook up a big West coast style IPA. Jack makes some wonderful hoppy beer and we used some of his techniques and favourite hops for this one.

Mashed with a lean malt bill of Heidelburg pils and a kiss of wheat providing a base for the hops to shine.

Fermented on Strata Dynaboost, and new for us in the brewery Luminosa and Eclipse we're getting fresh orange juice, passionfruit pulp, ripe peach and mango gummies layered over a subtle dank resinous finish
