A 7% modern West Coast-style IPA from Trillium’s Dashboard Series, named after the gloriously wood-panelled Ford Country Squire station wagon. The current brewery listing features Simcoe and Mosaic hops, delivering punchy notes of pine, grapefruit and orange over a clean, grainy malt backbone. Crisp, assertively hoppy and balanced by a satisfying bitterness, it’s a decidedly West Coast departure from the hazy juice bombs Trillium is famous for. All the retro charm of a 1970s family wagon, with considerably more hops and absolutely no fake wood panelling.
