A reimagined version of the brewery's The Magic Rites at Midnight, this formidable 11.5% Imperial Stout combines an extraordinarily rich malt base with over 100kg of pistachios roasted in-house, luxurious vanilla and a delicate touch of sea salt. Subtlety clearly wasn't part of the ceremony!

Built upon Sudden Death's immense 41° Plato Imperial Stout base, Rituus promises an exceptionally full-bodied drinking experience, with layers of roasted malt richness providing the perfect foundation for its extravagant additions. The enormous quantity of freshly roasted pistachios introduces a distinctive nutty character, beautifully complemented by the smooth sweetness of vanilla.

Expect an intoxicating aroma of freshly roasted pistachios, dark chocolate, sweet vanilla fudge and deeply roasted malt. Delicate hints of toasted nuts and caramelised sugar add further complexity, creating an inviting impression reminiscent of luxurious pistachio desserts and rich chocolate confectionery.

On the palate, anticipate luscious waves of roasted pistachio, bittersweet chocolate and creamy vanilla, intertwined with rich toffee and deeply roasted malt.
