First brewed in 1981, this festive favourite proves that Christmas beers don't need cinnamon, nutmeg or mountains of sugar to deliver something truly special!
 
Pouring a gorgeous deep amber with copper-red highlights and a generous, creamy head, Celebration bursts with vibrant aromas of freshly cut pine, grapefruit zest, sweet citrus and delicate floral hops. Brewed using freshly harvested Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops from America's Pacific Northwest, it captures the remarkable intensity and freshness of the annual hop harvest.
 
On the palate, waves of resinous pine, juicy grapefruit and zesty orange peel mingle with a rich backbone of toasted biscuit and caramel malt. A satisfyingly assertive bitterness provides the unmistakable character of a classic West Coast IPA, while the carefully balanced malt sweetness keeps everything beautifully rounded.
 
Full-bodied yet wonderfully crisp, Celebration finishes dry and refreshingly bitter, with lingering notes of pine resin, citrus peel and toasted malt. A magnificent seasonal IPA that has been heralding the arrival of Christmas for more than four decades.
