Puhaste Brewery - Silver Series: Califer Boubon BA

Deep blackish brown in color with aromas of rye bread, caramel, raisins and cherries. The flavor is rich and velvety, opening with notes of dried berries and fruits - plums, raisins and dates. The mid-palate reveals cocoa, the gentle warmth and vanilla from the bourbon barrel and toasted rye bread character from roasted malts. Silky and warming barley wine with a smooth, rounded profile defined by rich dried fruit notes.
