Northern Monk Brew Co - Festive Star

A wonderfully indulgent festive creation from Leeds-based Northern Monk, Festive Star brings a deliciously Christmassy twist to the brewery's much-loved Northern Star porter, combining rich roasted malt character with comforting dessert-inspired flavours.

Pouring a deep, almost-black colour with a creamy tan head, this seasonal treat offers inviting aromas of dark chocolate, freshly roasted coffee and sweet caramel, accompanied by warming festive notes. Expect a beautifully rounded flavour profile, with layers of chocolate, toasted biscuit and smooth roasted malt creating a rich, indulgent drinking experience.

The combination of roasted bitterness and dessert-like sweetness makes for a comforting winter warmer, with a smooth mouthfeel and a lingering finish reminiscent of chocolate-covered festive treats.
