Our first fully organic Framboos! We macerated two different raspberry varieties from West-Flanders on young lambik for a good four months. We blended with some more one- and two-year old lambik. All-in all, we used lambikken originating from four different barrels and eleven different brews, all made with grains coming from our Cereal Collective and from Pajottenland.
