The unboiled second runnings from a heavier brew are fermented in wood with Wilderness Brewing’s house yeast strain and left to rest awhile. Crisp, clean, dry, light and fruity - bubblegum-banana plus a touch of tart citrus. Pour carefully for a deep golden amber colour with a persistent white foam.
