The classic english Gin & Tonic in beer form! With a healthy dose of Juniper Berries in the boil with more added post fermentation to kick off the gin flavour we then dosed with a huge dry hop of fresh Citra for the zesty Lemon aroma. Fermented with Champagne yeast for a dry finish and Lactose for a hint of sweetness.
