Pouring an imposing jet-black colour beneath a beautifully contrasting tan head, Tabula Rasa delivers an intoxicating aromatic combination of rich toffee, roasted malt and luxurious dark chocolate. Its intensely flavourful malt backbone provides generous layers of bittersweet cocoa, buttery caramel and freshly roasted coffee, all developed naturally from the dark malts rather than additional flavourings. On the palate, expect a wonderfully rich interplay between smooth chocolate, dark treacle and deeply toasted sugars, accompanied by intriguing suggestions of burnt marshmallow and molasses.
