Discover the wonderfully imaginative beers of Yonder Brewing & Blending, an independent Somerset craft brewery renowned for its intensely fruity Sours, indulgent Pastry Stouts and adventurous approach to fermentation. Founded in 2018 by experienced brewers Jasper Tupman and Stuart Winstone, Yonder began at Rookery Farm in the beautiful Mendip Hills, near the historic city of Wells. Inspired by traditional farmhouse brewing, wild fermentation and locally foraged ingredients, the brewery initially specialised in mixed-culture beers that captured the distinctive flavours of the Somerset countryside. Over time, Yonder developed an international following for its colourful, fruit-packed creations, combining traditional brewing expertise with playful, dessert-inspired recipes. Today, its imaginative range encompasses everything from refreshing Goses and barrel-aged Wild Ales to luxurious Pastry Sours, modern Pale Ales and decadent Stouts.
Best known for its exceptionally fruity and flavourful beers, Yonder produces some of Britain's most distinctive contemporary Sours. Raspberry Gose is a celebrated brewery favourite, combining vibrant raspberry character with refreshing acidity and a delicate salty finish. Tropical Crush delivers an exotic explosion of juicy fruit flavours, while Pink Lemonade offers a wonderfully refreshing combination of sweet citrus character and lively tartness. For something more indulgent, Salted Caramel Brownie explores the decadent world of dessert-inspired Stouts, bringing together rich chocolate and caramel flavours. Beyond these favourites, Yonder continues to experiment with unusual ingredients and fermentation techniques, producing everything from fruit-forward IPAs to complex oak-aged Wild Ales. Its Perpetual Loop project showcases the brewery's original farmhouse roots through mixed fermentation, barrel maturation and seasonal ingredients.
