Our Dunkel is a traditional Munich-style dark lager, unfiltered to retain its rich malt character. Brewed with Vienna, Pale Maris Otter, Amber, Chocolate, and Carafa Spezial 3 malts, it offers a deep amber-brown hue and a smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel. The addition of Mandarina Bavaria hops introduces a subtle citrus aroma, balancing the malt's sweetness with notes of tangerine and orange.
