Sudden Death Brewing Co - Murder Mime

Forget everything you thought you knew about sour beer, because Sudden Death Brewing Co. has created something truly outrageous! Murder Mime is an extravagantly indulgent Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie Sour from the wonderfully twisted minds of Germany's Sudden Death Brewing Co. Following in the footsteps of the brewery's infamous Funeral Clown, this gloriously excessive creation takes dessert-inspired brewing to an entirely new level, boasting the brewery's heaviest-ever addition of fruit and flavourings.

Brewed with enormous quantities of strawberry purée, concentrated strawberry juice and cheesecake mix, Murder Mime is finished with strawberry cheesecake-flavoured ice cream powder for an extra helping of creamy, confectionery decadence. The result is an extraordinarily thick, intensely fruity beer that blurs the boundaries between a traditional sour, a luxurious milkshake and an extravagant strawberry cheesecake.

Expect an irresistible aroma of ripe summer strawberries, sweet vanilla and creamy cheesecake, accompanied by delicate hints of freshly baked dessert. The combination of real strawberry fruit and indulgent cheesecake additions promises an exceptionally rich, dessert-like experience.

On the palate, luscious waves of sweet, juicy strawberries take centre stage, beautifully complemented by creamy vanilla, tangy cheesecake and a gentle sourness that cuts through the sweetness. Lactose adds further richness and body, while a subtle addition of sea salt helps balance the beer's enormous fruit character.

Unashamedly thick, creamy and intensely indulgent, Murder Mime delivers a lingering finish of strawberry cheesecake, sweet vanilla and refreshing fruit acidity. A magnificently ridiculous creation for lovers of heavily fruited smoothie sours, and further proof that Sudden Death Brewing Co. has absolutely no intention of behaving itself!
