Inspired by the mango lassi, a popular yogurt drink from the Punjab region of India. Creamy and refreshing, sometimes sweet, sometimes spiced, sometimes salty, and always fruity. Our Lassie has tons of mango puree for that fruitiness, a splash of coconut for sweetness, a dash of sea salt for salinity, and that yogurt-like tang from our lactobacillus culture. Tart, sweet and tropical!
