Imperial Stout with vanilla, coffee, & cardamom.

Inspired by fresh cardamom buns and coffee on a cold morning, this imperial stout was brewed in collaboration with our friends from Ārpus Brewing in Latvia. For this beer we decided on a coffee-forward profile with rich Brazilian coffee, rounded out with a firm vanilla presence, and with a subtle touch of cardamom on the backend. Cardamom can be a beautifully warm, enticing spice and we think it plays a nice supporting role in this stout that should pair perfectly with the holidays.
