La Vie En Rose is made with the “spent” raspberries from Jester King Atrial Rubicite. We take the remaining fruit from the refermentation of Atrial Rubicite and steep a younger beer in the spent fruit. The result is a beer that is still fairly fruit-forward, but not as intense as its predecessor
