Evil Twin Brewing - Even More Straight Outta The Marshmallow Laboratory

What happens when two of America's most inventive breweries decide that a Triple IPA needs an enormous helping of marshmallow? Evil Twin Brewing NYC and Equilibrium Brewery have the answer! Even More Straight Outta the Marshmallow Laboratory is a spectacular 10.2% collaboration that combines the intense tropical character of Citra hops with the soft, creamy sweetness of marshmallow, creating a magnificently indulgent twist on the modern New England IPA.

Pouring a beautifully hazy golden-orange, this extraordinary Triple IPA releases an enticing aroma of freshly squeezed oranges, ripe tropical fruits and sweet marshmallow. Expect vibrant notes of juicy mango, zesty citrus and luscious orange ice lollies, accompanied by a delicate creamy sweetness that gives the beer its unmistakable dessert-inspired character.

On the palate, generous additions of Citra hops deliver an explosion of juicy orange, ripe passion fruit and tropical fruit flavours, beautifully complemented by the smooth, pillowy character of marshmallow. The interplay between vibrant hop aromatics and creamy confectionery sweetness creates an experience reminiscent of orange creamsicles, tropical fruit smoothies and fluffy vanilla marshmallows.

Despite its formidable 10.2% strength, Even More Straight Outta the Marshmallow Laboratory offers a remarkably soft and rounded drinking experience. A subtle hop bitterness provides balance, while the finish delivers lingering citrus, tropical fruit and gentle marshmallow sweetness.

Bold, unconventional and wonderfully indulgent, this is a superb example of the creativity that makes Evil Twin and Equilibrium two of America's most exciting breweries. A must-try for lovers of enormous, intensely juicy Triple IPAs with a deliciously playful twist!
