Pale straw in colour with a bready, lemony aroma. Initial tartness from a gentle lactic souring process produces a clean, spritzy palate which is accentuated by high carbonation, low bitterness, and more citrus and pine character from using Azacca and Talus as a dry hop addition. If inclined, or to follow tradition, add a dash of sweet fruit syrup to balance the acidity for maximum refreshment.
