Pre-Order: Shipping Early November
Beer Description
Fresh from Quebec's acclaimed Brasserie du Bas-Canada, Ferme Moore is a beautifully aromatic, double dry-hopped IPA showcasing an outstanding combination of New Zealand, Australian and American hops. Named after a historic farm in the brewery's hometown of Gatineau, this 6.5% creation brings together Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Enigma, Amarillo and El Dorado for a wonderfully expressive celebration of modern hop character.
Bursting with enticing aromas of juicy white grapes, ripe peaches and freshly peeled oranges, Ferme Moore delivers an irresistible combination of vibrant fruit and delicate vinous complexity. Nelson Sauvin and Enigma contribute distinctive white grape notes, while Motueka adds a refreshing citrus brightness.
On the palate, luscious waves of ripe peach and sweet orange mingle with juicy tropical fruit and delicate hints of gooseberry. Amarillo introduces its signature zesty orange character, while El Dorado brings further layers of soft stone fruit and tropical sweetness. The generous double dry-hopping creates an intensely aromatic experience, with the different hop varieties working together beautifully.
Bright, juicy and wonderfully refreshing, Ferme Moore offers a satisfying balance between expressive fruit flavours and gentle hop bitterness. A superb example of Brasserie du Bas-Canada's talent for crafting beautifully balanced, hop-forward beers, and an excellent choice for lovers of modern, fruit-driven IPAs.
