Anchorage Brewing Co - IPA Games

Let the IPA Games begin! IPA Games is a gloriously hop-saturated 8.4% Double IPA from Alaska's acclaimed Anchorage Brewing Company, a brewery renowned for producing some of America's most exciting and intensely aromatic hop-forward beers. Brewed with Citra Incognito, a concentrated hop extract designed to deliver maximum flavour and aroma, this formidable creation is then generously double dry-hopped with New Zealand Cascade, Motueka, Vic Secret and Waimea. The result is an extraordinary celebration of modern hopping techniques, combining exceptional New Zealand and Australian hop varieties in one beautifully hazy, fruit-packed powerhouse.

Pouring a wonderfully hazy golden colour, IPA Games promises an explosion of vibrant tropical fruit, zesty citrus and fragrant hop aromatics. Citra Incognito provides an intensely juicy foundation of ripe mango, passion fruit and freshly squeezed citrus, while Motueka introduces its distinctive lime zest character. New Zealand Cascade contributes delicate grapefruit and floral notes, complemented by Vic Secret's luscious pineapple and tropical fruit intensity. Waimea completes this magnificent hop combination with layers of citrus, resinous pine and subtle herbal complexity, creating a wonderfully expressive and multi-layered drinking experience.

Rich, juicy and beautifully aromatic, IPA Games delivers the enormous hop intensity expected from a world-class Double IPA, balanced by a soft, rounded mouthfeel and a satisfyingly refreshing finish. Lingering tropical fruit, bright lime zest and gentle resinous bitterness make every sip an absolute pleasure, while the impressively well-integrated 8.4% strength adds a little extra warmth. A spectacular showcase of Anchorage Brewing Company's mastery of modern American IPAs, and an essential addition to the beer fridge for anyone who loves their hops turned up to eleven!
