We’ve built Melody Noir with a super soft water base and stayed true to the style focusing on continental Pilsner, Dark Munich, CaraBohemian and Chocolate Malt. Melody is lightly bittered with Hallertau Magnum in kettle and rightly fermented using our house lager strain of yeast WLP833.

These all come together to deliver a somehow rich but airy complex body of toasted bread, biscuits, raisins and bitter dark chocolate with a light hint of black cherry on the nose and that subtle lagered smooth finish with gentle bitterness for balance and that disappearing finish leaving you ready for another sip.
