A freeze-concentrated raspberry, cherry and black currant mead (or ice melomel if you will).All the berries were fermented separately, and thoughtfully blended to what we felt was the perfect expression of all the berries together.It has a bright and juicy fruit expression, similar to freshly picked berries. Taking your taste buds on a trip through three of the most flavorful berries around, amplified by complex honey notes from the Norwegian wildflower honey.

The result is a deeply concentrated expression of cherries, honey and barrel. Velvety in texture, with a vibrant cherry acidity balanced by sweet honey and oak. This interplay creates a finish that lingers long after each sip.

It takes around 600 kg of Stevnsbær cherries to fill one barrel of this product!
