This demonic 6.66% New England IPA uses plenty of oats and wheat for a pillowy body and Heidleberg malt for a perfect yellow colour. Mosaic whole leaf in the boil for bitterness and aroma plus more Mosaic Cryo at pitch. Finally finished off with a generous dry hopping of Krush and Vic Secret. Notes of Mango, Orange, Passionfruit and a touch of vanilla come together with a touch of signature Black Iris bitterness for a thirst-quenching beer!!
