Moon Rabbit is our low alcohol stout, we used an imperial stout recipe with the fermentables removed. Fermented with LA-01, the low alcohol yeast strain to produce a beer with <0.5% alcohol. This is a robust low alcohol stout conditioned on tonka and vanilla beans.
