It's Nelson Sauvin in the limelight for our fifth 'Sold My Soul' showcase – where we use four different forms of the same hop for the ultimate expression of flavour. Nelson is the jewel in the crown of New Zealand hops, its juicy gooseberry, wine-like grape flavours and punchy tropical aromas are allowed to shine with the use of T90, Super Sauvin, Cryo and Hop Kief.
