Creamy and effervescent – ​​typical of unfiltered beers – it delightfully bubbles on the palate. Aromas of caramel, honey, and plum emerge, accentuating the malty and spicy flavor. These are complemented by unmistakable nuances of apple and grapefruit, lending the beer its fruity freshness. After four weeks of maturation, it is bottled unfiltered, thus retaining all the vitamins and trace elements naturally present in the yeast.
