Well, all the experimenting we do with different hops and other strange things doesn't mean we are disrespectful of classics. And besides German and Czech classics there is Belgian. But it was impossible not to tweak it a bit. Wheaty-wheat, coriandery-coriander, citrusy-citrus Blanche de Blanche is a flavorful fresh and summery wit infused by orange peel. It's like a Snow White kiss.
