The second of our 2026 Digital Neighbourhood series in the run-up to Welcome To The Neighbourhood is with Willibald Farm Distillery & Brewery, from the small township of Ayr in Ontario. Willibald was founded by Cameron Formica and brothers Jordan and Nolan Vanderheyden in 2017 with the distillery coming first, a farm-to-table restaurant following in 2018, before beer production kicked off in 2019.

We've digitally collaborated on a double dry hopped IPA full of Motueka and Riwaka.
